We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

- Swimwear & Sleepwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed)
- Personalization (all customized or monogrammed items are made uniquely for you)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include your copy of the order confirmation, and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.

Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request.
- Refunds: Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it.
- Exchanges: We will ship your new item as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which will be emailed to you as a gift card code.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns that are not due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
As we ship globally, customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. These fees are non-refundable.
