Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For our international customers, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Final Sale Items
For the hygiene and safety of all our customers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings & Rings (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear & Sleepwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed)
- Personalization (all customized or monogrammed items are made uniquely for you)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include your copy of the order confirmation, and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our returns center.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your request:
- Refunds: Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it.
- Exchanges: We will ship your new item as soon as we process the return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which will be emailed to you as a gift card code.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns that are not due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Returns
